The FMX series coarse slime separator is a separator that uses rising water flow to cause interference settlement in the tank and suspend the slurry particles in the interference bed to form an autogenous medium. The feed material is fed from the upper end of the tank along the tangent line, and the rising water flow is fed from the bottom of the tank body with a certain pressure and flow rate. The feed material and the rising water flow meet in the middle of the tank body to produce an interference settling bed, and at the same time, it is suspended in the interference bed. The particles form an autogenous sorting medium. The sorted particles undergo interference settling motion in the FMX tank and are sorted in the autogenous medium. The light materials float to the overflow collection tank and are discharged from the overflow port to become concentrate. High-density materials pass through the separation bed and accumulate in the lower part of the FMX tank, and are finally discharged through the bottom discharge valve to become tailings.
Performance features:
▪Wide sorting particle size range 3.0-0.15mm
▪The optimal sorting particle size is 1.0-0.25mm
▪No need to add heavy media and chemicals and no power to operate
▪Clean coal recovery is maximized, and the total clean coal recovery rate can generally be
Increase by about 2%
▪Using microcomputer fully automatic control, actuator, density
